I'll bet we will pay for this with the forced viewing of advertising, but it may be worth it. TelNor is putting in free WiFi for the border and many
other public places in Tijuana. This is very ambitious given the volume of cars that pass through there. Very cool. If your phone allows to you
connect via WiFi, you are all set. Not many places or cities offer free WiFi over large areas. I hope this happens.

Oh, I found the catch at the end of that story. You have to get a "Key" from them somehow.
