The drive shouldn't take you over three hours pulling a trailer, should it?
Good to not rush things!
There is a military checkpoint at the Hwy. 3 jcn. about 31 miles north of San Felipe... looking for drugs, ammo, guns... make sure if you are a hunter
or miltary man, that the truck and trailer have no bullets or firearms!
Have fun! We hope to be south of San Felipe for New Years, just 2 nights. |
Don't expect it to take more than 3 hours, but I also want to ensure I have time to stop, if I want to, for tacos or whatever. I was also including
the trip from El Centro across the border.
How far into Mexicali are the taco stands you mentioned?
I know about the firearms restrictions. Can't say I blame the government, given the mess in some parts of Mexico. Anyone know if something like an
ASP expandable baton is "allowed"?
