?? Am I missing something --??? This link is to the Mexican Government Immigration web site--- http://www.inm.gob.mx/index.php/page/Paises_No_Visa and it shows that visitors from Canada and the United States do not require Visas. ---Now I
don't require one as I have permanent status, but as I understand it everyone is getting and paying for a visa -- what gives?
