Yes, all along the coast in winter-------the sun just sorta emerges/ooooozes slowly from the mist about 10:30 or 11:00 AM-------to FINALLY warm my
bones. (maybe, if lucky). Not pretty!!!
So I, for one, REALLY appreciate decent "sunrises", or pics of same.
