Feliz Navidad Udo!

Udo - 12-23-2010 at 08:08 PM

Gracias, compadre!

Igualmente!

David K - 12-23-2010 at 08:09 PM

How deep is the snow and can you get out?

Silly me, you have Toyota... of course you can!:light:

Udo - 12-23-2010 at 08:31 PM

At my house, (6500') we have about two inches. Driveway is clean, however.
We WILL have a white Christmas:!:
Rainfall total was almost 25" (24.65").:o
Went to Big Bear this morning and took me over 4 hours:fire: via the high desert. The Grayback pass, (8440') on 38 got over two feet of snow:spingrin:

BTW, DK, Jana just traded in her old FJ and got a brand new one in dark silver...clearly a blank canvas. First on the list is a lavender pinstripe job, then the Pioneer AVIC-Z120 BT navigation. Just gotta figger out about adding a Mexico (Baja) map navigation to it.

DENNIS - 12-23-2010 at 08:53 PM

Thanks, Udo. I keep thinking it's a bit early for Christmas wishes, but....jeeeezo....it's day after mañana.
Merry Christmas.

BajaNomad - 12-23-2010 at 09:08 PM

Thanks Udo!

Now to our local correspondent.... Dennis, what's your review of HABANA BANANA?

:tumble:

I'll bet DENNIS would not set foot in the place...it's close to the blow hole and they play loud music.
Their souvenier T-shirts are really cool...sized for every age and gender.
When on the second floor, do not go down the giant slide. Kids do OK, but adults do not!

:lol: I've spent more time prone on the floor in that place than you have sitting at a table, Udo.

It's a great location...fun for big, icey drinks on a hot summer day, but the food is uninspired.
I haven't taken the walk out there for a while because one never knows when they'll be open. It's an unsure time for all businesses out at the Mall.

It's also a cigar store, for those who might be interested.

BAJACAT - 12-23-2010 at 09:33 PM

Feliz Navidad UDO, so where are the Noche Buenas..

Udo - 12-23-2010 at 09:49 PM

Gracias.
Las Noches Buenas están en las montañas, amigo.

Merry Christmas to you too Udo! We just got back from Phoenix so we missed the crazy rainfall - apparently we got 26" down in my neck of the woods!!! I was glad to find my house still here....
Enjoy that new Monaco! That looks really nice!!!

Bajajorge - 12-24-2010 at 10:18 AM

Dittos back to all, Merry Christmas

bajadock - 12-24-2010 at 10:50 AM

Udo,
Thanks for the Christmas card and back at you.

Cannot recommend Habana Banana. Best food and service on Punta Banda is provided by the kitchens of the locals.

Feliz Navidad, Festivus, Boxing Day and whatever else provides you cheer.

Merry Christmas from San Diego

tripledigitken - 12-24-2010 at 11:32 AM
