I'm looking for Dextron VI transmission fluid. I've exhausted any resources in Cd. Constitucion. Hoping someone in La Paz sells it. Dextron VI is
the transmission fluid required in Allison transmissions. I need to replace a leaking trans cooler line and will need to replace the lost fluid.
Has anyone ever see it at any of the La Paz auto parts stores?

Good question. I will be heading down to Loreto around Jan 15 and can bring some with me if that helps.

Wooo, if nobody posts a definitive answer for you within the next day or 3, I'll check at a couple different auto parts stores for you. I take it you
won't be heading this direction sooner that the new year?? Is that name all I'll need? There are no various types/weights/grades/flavors???

Legz: Dextron VI (6) transmission fluid is all you need to ask for.
I'm going to talk to a La Paz mechanic today that's in town to see if he knows. I keep a couple quarts for backup, but I don't think that will be
enough.
