Since when does the government need permission from Greyhound or UETA or San Ysidro to expand a border facility?

I'll bet if a "box store" needed the property the city wouldn't hesitate to seize it.

I've never heard anyone say having more southbound lanes open means more delays. These guys are looking for compensation so they are pulling out all the stops... even if they don't make sense while doing it.
