To me this subject is one of the most important
discussion items, it's importance can't be overestimated, I don't make any claims as to this site,
it is off a Mex Ins Broker, I think it does provide SOME insight
There is another site ambest.com, which rates Ins Co's, I could
not get much info from it

Should be noted that a Co has to PAY to be rated, and
more important is this chart does not reflect Customer
satisfaction which is probably the most important

I find this interesting in connection to another recent thread where a nomad was having real problems with a claim. They had Qualitas through Lewis
and Lewis. If you note the link Sancho provided, neither of those two insurers that Lewis and Lewis writes with are A.M. Best rated. On the other
hand, BajaBound uses two carriers that are rated.
Just noted from a link on another thread that Qualitas received their rating last October.
