Out of curiosity, does anyone know what the exchange rate is today in Baja (or the range of rates)?
Yahoofinance.com lists the rate at about 12.04 to $1 U.S.
Bank of America is quoting me 11.18 to $1.

I just one hour ago got 3000 Ps from an HSBC ATM and it cost 252 DLLS. That will be 11.90 to one.
Forgot to mention....the machine right out front tells you there will be a Mex bank charge of 21 Ps, so that has to be considered.
I'll let you do the math. It's beer time here.

That's what Yahoo Finance Currency Converter has said most of the day. This morning it rose/fell to 11.98 to 1 briefly.

DENNIS, the peso amount that gets sent to your bank includes the 21 peso add-on. (3021/252 = 11.98)
same day, same machine gave me 5000 pesos + the 21 peso fee for $416.91 = 12.04/1
