This may be old news here....
But reading my Chubasco (Vagabundos Newspaper)...there are reports of cops giving out tickets to drivers using their cell phones while driving.
Quote from the paper...."Tj, Ensenade, and Mexicali and probably elsewhere - has the same laws we are accustomed to north of the border."

Cell phones can be a two way street.
If you get a phony ticket, use your cell phone to record it. They don't want you to have evidence. In CD, you can send it to the chief.
