I have to give you all a heads up to Alcaravea.
It located is on the down street between Aramburos (2 blocks north) and Crazy Lobster at the old bus station.
They even have parking.
Pastas that have individually made sauces with fresh hand made pasta. I love the Arribiata.
Best Lasagna in town. IMHO
Pastas include a huge bowl of vegetables in a Minestrone broth or salad.
Lots of fresh fish dishes.
Filet Scallopini with cheese and Basalmic glaze. Wifes favorite. 
Filet Mignon to ribeye medalions.
Fish and beef include soup or salad and 1 side.
They have all the booze and wine but we take our own wine and pay the $100 peso corkage.
$120-270 Pesos. Rumor was they raised prices but not. Just added to the menu.
Ambionce is great and the wait staff is polite, professional and speak english.
