Los Barriles is the LaPaz district and Buena Vista is los Cabos, it splits areas between the two towns. Sorry but I don't have the site for LaPaz.

Our neighbor is having problems paying as well. I went in and did it because I always seem to need the paper proof for something as soon as I pay
