...until the mother of that baby whale comes up herself to be petted, and then very gently (for a whale!) blows a small amount of smelly water from
her spout into your face.
Our panguera said this was a sign the mama whale "loved" me - otherwise I'd be thoroughly soaked and my glasses long gone. Interesting courtship.

took off north.

feeding frenzy for all....dophin, seagulls, and locals!! Absolutely chaotic!!!! (sp) Baja Red
