Growing up in their father's lap, Pangeros acquire knowledge of the faces and souls of twelve specific individuals. Fish, tides, the moon, and
certainly the temperament of each is clear in the minds of these fishermen.
From early Pangero studies is learned, "Febrero loco, Marzo otro poco", an expression in Baja related to wind and weather.
Of the group of twelve, the chaotic brothers February & March are easiest for bajaholics to make acquaintance with. Crazier than March is
February. Their Aunt September, I believe, shares an incestuous gene pool with the brothers. She goes off, like . . "totally disoriented" at times.
One can never know for certain what the hell she may do.
I like them all, but particularly enjoy May & October when they pass through.

Interesting observation... I have heard the climate terms before.
May and October are considered the best months for Baja... While nice, we like it warmer so go with June, July and September as our favorites... But,
any bad month in Baja beats a good month somewhere else!

depends where you are in baja...here on the mid coast May SUCKS big time...it is our worst month and blows in the afternoons nearly every
day...October is awesome.
Those homey pangeros sure know their weather...my husband just looks out the window and can tell what's up for the day.
