Drove it yesterday. Very little unpaved, mostly near Tecate where the paving is almost completed. Nice road, still needs striping, but traffic is on
the new paving.

The road repair is almost done..really not bad at all.
Driving time from Ensenada to Tecate in my pickup...1 hour 15 minutes.

Thanks for the updates, turns out I'll be towing a trailer down this way on Sunday. I was thinking of going over to BLVD.2000 and down the toll road,
but now I will just head south from Tecate.
