It is with a warm heart I wish all of our nomad amigos a happy love and friendship day...please receive our hugs wherever you may be.
It is a great day to reflect on those we love and receive love from. So many of you here have shown us great love over the years and I am truly
honoured to call you friends.

Back at You Shari, soon we can give the real hug in person.
My Valentine gift to the guys...or gals with a little adjustment.

Five Important Qualities
1. It's important to have a woman, who helps at home, who cooks from time to time, cleans up and has a job.
2. It's important to have a woman, who can make you laugh.
3. It's important to have a woman, who you can trust and who doesn't lie to you.
4. It's important to have a woman, who is good in bed and who likes to be with you.
5. It's very, very important that these four women do not know each other.
--To change to for a woman, merely substitute 'man' for woman above.

Happy Valentine's Day!
I wanted to share the lovely Valentine I received today. Imagine my surprise when I walked in the front door to this 9.5 ft. beauty!

I've been admiring this vintage Marlin for years as it's hung on the wall of our local second hand shop. I always said that it needed a good home and
now it has one!
Thank you Dern. I love my blue Valentine. The flowers and card were a nice touch too.

Let us toast to our wives and sweethearts. May they never meet.
shari - 2-15-2011 at 07:42 AM
wow Paulina, you are one lucky sweetheart! All I got was 700 blocks, 200 bags of cement and some rebar to build our new addition...juan is not exactly
the romantic type....darn!
So I went and treated myself to a leather couch at the segundas...somebody has to spoil me right?

Well....
If it wasn't for my wife.....I wouldn't be much. She is wonderful, and I tell her that often.
VERY cool vintage Marlin gift indeed!

Cathy Valentine (my wife, every day is Valentines Day) and I had a quiet day out of the rain with a nice oak fire in the woodstove, and both cats
happy to stay close. In our 19th year. "...life used to be so hard." Warm fuzzy thoughts to those we know. P.
