Does anyone know if gasoline is available in Agua Verde. I know there is no Pemex but are there the usual overpriced 50 gallon drum outfits at work

yup...you can "usually" get gas at the ice house up on the hill if they dont run out and then ya have to wait a day or two...not sure of the price but
it's steep...be cheaper to take a jerry jug in with ya from Loreto.

Don't count on it. Sometimes you can get it and sometimes it will be a few days. Best to bring in whatever you will need.
