I am bringing down 4 new Trojan batteries for my solar system....are the days gone of presenting a "revised" invoice for these?
What are the penalities if I get the RED light and they spie these?

Went through there last week. At the old crossing the "Autodeclare" lanes are now all the way over to the left. We had a receipt for some things that
we had just purchased in Calexico. We showed the receipt, were given our duty payment voucher and went to the bank to pay. No one even looked in the
car.
