We have been through there 3 times in the last three months- never saw a cop but some jerk yelled at me in the Pemex downtown when I stopped to ask
about a stop I wanted to make and didn't buy gas-- needless to say his station is off my list of customer friendly places. Just in case you wonder I
didn't stop at the pumps but on an area just outside the pump area- blocking no one==Norm
