Been there. The problem (for me) is the wind comes at you head on off of the water. If camping bring tarps, large nails, line etc. and if it does
blow, a good book and plenty of beer.

you must have been there on an unsual day...
coyote is pretty protected
burro just north is a boaters mooring
people come from all over the world to anchor there
pretty hot in the summer...no wind at all
