Actually, they called him 'N-zioso del Mal Humor' and he was lit up on opening night of Carnival de La Paz 2011.
Here he is guarding the main stage.
Complete with his swastika.
He appeared to be a bit surprised when the fireworks started going off.
There goes all his bad humor up in flames.
