We are located east of the old hotel punta chivato.
on the ocean.
The room do not have a fridge, we are operated by solar & generator., you are welcome to use are restaurant fridge.
Restaurant has ice.

The wather in june it gets up in the 90s+ low 80s, good fhishing, great for swiming & drinking cold beer.

Email Ken. He usually responds within 24 hours or less. I got the feeling that he checks email about every four hours or so. After all, he's running a
hotel and restaurant and providing other services for guests. He cant just sit in front of a computer. I also get the feeling that internet access is
somewhat limited out there.

No, they have Hughes Net and actually pretty good service. We play music there every other Friday night. We will be playing this Friday night from 6
on because of a special group.

There have been many events at Hotelito recently. Or the restaurant there. The Pasada de Las Flores is a whole other ball game. Newest rumor I heard
was that Slim's people are interested in it. As far as I know, not very much now, the Hacienda will take reservations. Plans to build four rentals two

Russ thank you for the very kind offer. It is much appreciated. We are doing a 3 week or so exploration of the Bay of C area as we haven't been to
this area before (lots of LA Bay and cabo stuff over the years). I will drop this email into my trip folder (now 8 pages long:-) I will email you as
we get closer to the trip day sometime after the 5th of April as we have an anniversary trip that weekend that of course can't be changed. Want to
