just returned from dinner at Topanco which was excellent and packed, as always. Alberto has passes for the fast pass through San 'Ysidro-he purchased
as a restaurant owner for $2/a piece and bought 500 to hand out to customers if they asked. This would have been wonderful marketing but they are no
longer being honored at the border-WTH? Dispute between TJ and the new mayor, apparently. You would think that the merchants that paid would be able
to use them before the rules change mid stream. only in mexico.
