anybody have any? Neighbor has been held up for months now, past the expiration. They were told if they tried to use the Sentri, even though they are
in system, it will be confiscated. And these folks are in their 80's........

We used the GOES online system... when we made application.. found this for problems with "online problems"...
It's a starting point, I would guess .... I'm sure there is a means to take care of the situation ...

Just read that the new Sentri office is now open down the road from Jack ITB in San Ysidro-they are trying to get the walkers to buy in to the program
