Actually, the corned beef is mainly an Irish-American thing. They don't eat that much of it in Eire. They raise a lot of sheep there, so we're
having lamb chops tonight. But, what might surprise many is that the main meat consumed in Ireland is pork. I guess that might make the Serenidad
