Its official, Bayless will shoot at Tres Virgenes April 9 for his show, "Mexico one plate at a time". The show will focus on Baja cuisine exclusively, and we are happy we will be one of the restaurants he picked in Baja. If anybody wants to be present during the shoot, and perhaps get an autograph of Chef Bayless, you are invited to attend. I will post the exact time in a few days, but its pretty sure its going to be during the late evening hours.

That is really great, Jesse. I suspect there will be SRO (standing room only). So, you might want to back off that generous offer.

btw, Are you familiar with David Flores of the Gringo Gazette? He's a big fan of your restaurant.

Jesse, I haven't been to your restaurant as yet, but when I next get to La Paz you are on the top of my list. That said - what a great compliment that Rick is going to be at your place - congratulations to you and have a great time. Jim

Congratulations! This is a very big deal. We're happy for you and that Tres Virgenes will be featured. We eat there every time we're in La Paz. We love it. We also follow Rick Bayless programs and his cooking very closely. If we could, we would be there! We will watch when the program airs. Let us know when that will be, would you?

We will be staying in La Paz 4/4 thru 4/11, so will come have dinner prior to Rick Bayless coming in, look forward to meeting you and eating your wonderful food, we have heard great things about it.

He had some schedule problems in San Jose del Cabo, since they are on PBS their budget is limited, so he asked if we could do it a day earlier.

I talked to your neighboors, great people. They had other plans and where unsure if they could make it on saturday. But they are stopping by again before they leave.

Are you making threats with those cooking tongs towards Rick Bayless for wearing the same type of shoes?

Being a business owner (ex) of Night Clubs in San Francisco and Sacramento.......I can tell you that you have just reached the stars! Congrats to you Sir.

Be prepared for FLOOD of new clientele the day after this show is shown on television. One of my Clubs went on the evening news...and we got hit with maximum overload for months.
