.

I have a pair of N.I.S.T calibrated thermometers. In an unheated room at dawn, one reads 65.6

Out on the patio which is shaded, the second thermometers reads 58.8 F

At 4:00PM the bedroom therm reads 70.9, the patio thermometer 73.2

About 100 meters from the rio de sta rosalia, and about three hundred meters from sauls tienda.

If you happen to see Ricardo Castillo, please tell him I found out where the 'mystery' site was that he and the others with Erle Stanley Gardner found in 1966.

You were kind enough to get me his phone number in Mulege so I could ask him if he reacalled that trip, so many years ago. Pompano got me J.W. Black's number and Barry A. got me Bruce Barron's number... and of course I talked to Choral Pepper in person (who inspired me to find it). None could remember exactly where... It was Sharksbaja who gave me the best lead!

Anyway, if Ricardo has Internet, the photos are at http://vivabaja.com/109 (Jan. 2009)
