there are a number of buses, the times I have are for Vizcaino to TJ, so you would have to add some time to make it right for Mulege:
00:30, 6:50, 10,18:30, 21.Mulegena - 4-1-2011 at 04:53 PM
There are buses leaving Mulege for TJ several times per day.
You can get off the bus in the main terminal, walk in and get another ticket to several destinations in the US. Your new bus will then take you to an
express line to the border; you'll get off the bus, walk through Customs and catch the same bus on the US side of the border. Please note that these
buses do not stop in San Diego County, however.Bob and Susan - 4-1-2011 at 07:04 PM

From Mulege the 3:00 pm makes the less stops to TJ. At the TJ bus terminal you can take the Cureso bus to the border and walk across to the states.
Cheaper than tax.i Than I took blue line trolley to Old Town to another bus to La Jolla. . Friend of mine will take the bus across to Modesto says
no problema. Don't plan on alot of sleep time Did trip in Jan to La JollaTerry28 - 4-1-2011 at 09:26 PM
Free tips: take toilet paper, take a blanket ( sometimes they keep it could enough to hang meat!) don't sit by restroom door.BajaBlanca - 4-2-2011 at 12:51 PM
you know, I was thinking of the buses to Ensenada which you then change over to a bus to TJ.
That being said - once I took a bus from TJ stright to downtown san diego - it was so fast...faster than the trolley to old town which took me well
over an hour ....
