Finally, today we are getting some rain in Bahia. So far a nice slow soaker. Really good for the plants.

rained in Asuncion last night too...enough to wet the ground anyway....wooo hooo...hope it was enough to get the pithayas jump started.

Road report from Alex and Socorro = DO NOT TRAVEL TO MEXICALI.. The diversions are flooded, muddy and rutted and they said that it was a nightmare of cars and trucks sliding sideways and getting stuck in the mud, which trapped everyone.. It took them several hours to get out of that mess and back on the road home to San Felipe..

Rains are one thing,I just came in from shoveling 5" of snow off the drive way but this is AZ. snowed all day yesterday but didn,t stick WHAT THE HELL,just started again:o
