Why would you? You're not gonna catch anything on the Sea of Kortex side.

No licensed is required unless you do fishing off of any "platform" .....boat, kayak...
There is excellent fishing off the Sea of Cortez....pass Puertecitos. Black Mountain, 8 miles southward... offers trigger fish that will keep you busy

Actually I am on the Pacific side and catch very nice Cabezon. They are great eating and fun to bring in. I believe they are in the lincod family.

I'm hoping to go to Campo Rene next week and will be fishing North & South of there. If the wind cooperates this trip (a first) I hope to have
some stories to share. I just started to sort through my must take fishing gear... Damn! I've accumulated a lot of STUFF!
