campgrounds either have you camping far away from the beach, or they put in a flat, ugly parking lot, so you camp right on the asphalt. Plus, the good
spots are always reserved months ahead of time. Ocean Cove is great, and at $20 per night, it's $15 cheaper than the $35 state campgrounds. I did get
to try some abalone this trip which takes one more thing off my bucket list. There were no rangers making you feel patrolled. All in all, it was a
very nice getaway. |
