Claremont to Mulege Saturday. Road for the most part on great shape. Detour in Tj, not many signs bit follow them and it is easy. Some work on the
toll road makes it down to one lane, no problem. A couple of the normal bridge and road work detours but nothing major. Worst section of the road is
still south of Catavina, very rough and small potholes for about 100 miles or at least it seems like that far. On to La Paz now.

yeah, if you long for the old days try the road around pedregoso...... you can feel the rubber leaving the tires.

Otay to Corredor 2000, super fast, super easy on 4-29... No detours anywhere... a few hundred feet of new roadbed unpaved near Ejido Uruapan. All
three bridges washed out in Jan. 2010 are back in service. The new road south of Maneadero is (sadly) still only 2 lanes wide, but now with 'bike
lanes' on each side.
