Visiting with a Sister and her Husband from Spokane ayer, I "Attempted" to explain the Mexicali Intersection of Lazaro Card##as and Venustiano
Carranza.
More than once with the result that HE shook his head saying "That's CRAZY". To which, I agreed.
Later, pulling up Google maps, I found that they do have the updated Sat View, BUT even with that, you don't get a real understanding
of the traffic flow without an explanation. A pic isn't always worth a thousand words.
I finally printed it up and used a highlighter to explain the flow.
To which he said "That's CRAZY".
But, at least, he doesn't think I made it up.
Has ANYBODY seen that used elsewhere ?

I haven't been there, but I just looked at it on Google. That is about the most bizarre example of drunken traffic engineering I have ever seen.

Been through it several times - and it is different. Haven't had any problems there though.
