Friends are coming down to Mulege and I would like them to bring dog food, dry, large bag. Any restrictions on doing this?
Also, I'm looking for a metal fabricator who has a water jet or lazer jet cutter. Anywhere in Baja, but La Paz ideally.DENNIS - 5-13-2011 at 11:23 AM
No problem for the dog food going south. it's only a Homeland Security risk when going north. It's for your safety. Paulina - 5-13-2011 at 01:14 PM
What Dennis said. We bring down two 40 lb bags for our dogs and leave the left overs at the local vet/shelter when we leave.

Same here. don't bring it back. Not worth the hassle even if it is unopened. NancyDENNIS - 5-13-2011 at 01:28 PM

That should last Carter about a week if you keep Dern out of it. Bob and Susan - 5-13-2011 at 02:44 PM

Thanks for the clarification.
@Bob I currently buy from the c**k fight guy, 550 p for a 40lb bag of Pedigree. Walmart is 20-24 usd for the same bag. 1/2 the price.

Imported Dog Food is terribly expensive here even at Costco and WalMart.Howard - 5-13-2011 at 04:47 PM
Driving into Baja, no problem with dog food. Flying in, it will be confiscated.
