Head's up everyone, we got charged twice for the monthly sky bill today ...when we called to have it checked into, they have a record of only ONE
charge showing up on their screen, we had to attach a copy of our bank statement and email it to them.
Thank goodness Les is like a hawk watching his little ones when it comes to automatic debit bill paying or we might have gotten taken.
I assume they will refund the money but only time will tell.

Look on your SKY account menu screen. They may have just credited it to your account. It happened with us a year or so ago...
