No date on the pic. They moved down there when I was still in High School '68-'69 They moved to La Paz to open a Hobie Cat dealership. That must
have been a little ahead of its time, for the endeavor did not fly..so to speak. Walt had been a contractor and somehow got involved with the hotel.
I saw the pics my parents brought back of the construction and the area...I thought, "who would want to go there?...there's nothing down there!
