The PERROTON 2011 is a march and cultural event where people will push for the passing of tough laws against animal cruelty.
Where: La Paz Malecon
When: Tomorrow (sunday 22) at 7:30pm
There will be conferences on what to do about animal cruelty, drawing animals for kids, fundraisers for animal protection, etc etc
Its a cool event, you should check it out.
