Wilson's plovers are hatching in and around the estuaries in BCS. They hit the ground running and don't stop much for their whole lives. These 2
youngsters kept me about 50 meters away by zipping off whenever I got that near. The adult will warn them of danger, but otherwise they are on their
own.

Sweet! And such good quality photos. Right now at my house near Pismo Beach there are lots of baby birds being born. I can hear lots of excited
chirps, squeaks and squawks coming from trees and bushes and also a lot of hawks and crows being chased away by much smaller angry parents! Spring has
definitely sprung!

Oh, so sweet these pictures.
Aren't birds just the best?
I've been enjoying the symphony of the caw 'n cackle of big black ravens, seagulls and house sparrows set to the big bass rhythm of the ocean rolling
into the shore on the community beach in Bahia Asuncion.
Thanks for the reminder to pause and appreciate.
