Before---New water feature. Discarded construction foam panels and rebar. Free except for the solar water pump $20-$40+/-.
After---first coat of Portland cement w/sand mixed in. 140 pesos.
Maybe finish manana?
Bob, great idea about the reservoir but for now I'll fill her up twice a week or so, depends on the wind.
I think this White-winged Dove approves! He's singing "who cooks for you?" While watching me work on his birdbath.
