Contact number for public records office (may be City Hall) in Santa Rosilia, BCS.. Need to find out their days/ hours open...

I called our delegacion and they say there is NO phone number there ... i called the sindicato or union in santa rosalia and they also said there are
no phones.....
what both did say is that the offices are open MON - FRI 8 - 3 pm. REGISTROS PUBLICOS

'cause I've been wondering the same thing-- phone numbers for Cachania (Sta. Rosalia) HQ.
I'd hate to drag my tired bunz down there to find there was another public holiday and the place was shut up tight!
