Today, as I work on my computer,

For the past week or so I've been hearing occasionally a distinctive braying that fades toward the end like air escaping from a balloon, and also smelling the unmistakable aroma of a stable when the wind is out of the west. Investigation has revealed that a friend of Jeff's has taken up residence in the lot behind mine. Attached is a photo of my new neighbor taken over the back fence.
