If you are talking about the cigar business, I believe it no onger exists at least at that particular shop. It is now just a curio shop. Possibly he

Really? That cigar shop went out? I didnt know that! Now that you have mentioned this.....I do remember seeing something "smoke shop" down by the ED.

The guy that ran the Smoke Shop on the Malecon at the corner of the alley died about 2 years ago. Another guy took over, but that didn't last long.
Don't know what's in there now.
