There was more road work than I expected, but having said that, very little delay involved. Lots of resurfacing, much roadbed tornup for new work,
but detours available reasonably fast and smooth and generally no impact. Border crossing at Tecate Friday Noon took almost an hour. They seemed to
be tossing the cars a bit more than usual ( US Customs and Boarder Patrol) and I think that maybe doubled the time. All and all, pleasant, uneventful

Thursday was longer than normal as well. one hour at 12:30. Got sent to secondary, which was quick, for random inspection.
