In La Paz, Bajatripper saw us interested in buying T-shirts along the Malecon and advised us there are mas barato places to buy, so we walked over a
few blocks away from the shore, and there are clothing Mercados there. We bought shirts at a fraction of the Malecon prices, some were XXL size.
However, I don't remember exactly where, so I'm of no help. I hope Steve chimes in.
