good immigration law office in Ensenada?

astrobaja - 8-8-2011 at 10:34 AM

We have been doing our corporate FM3 with a good office in TJ for the last 4 years (Peyton and accoc.) no issue with them per se, but the distance for us to travel and hanging around most of tthe day in TJ is not our cup of tea.

We had in mind to move the corporation to a new law office in Ensenada, can anyone recommend a good law firm that does corporate FM3's and the monthly submission of the book-keeping papers? Also where does one go to submit the renewal papers in Ensenada? Is it the migration office on the right as one comes into Ensenada?

thanks

Mike

That's the only one I'm aware of, Mike.
Can't help you with the rest. This is one of those things where a qualified recommendation means everything...and a little more.

I will, however, give you the number of my attorney whom I have retained for any unseen issue that may come up. He's a tax attorney by specialty, but I'm betting he can steer you in the right direction.

For what it's worth, I'd stick with the devil you know and not hook up with one you don't know. I don't have experience with the FM3-Lucrativa, but the people I know who have used Ensenada-based resources don't have the warmest of memories about the help they got.

Besides, TJ is only another 90 minutes beyond Ens. and it has some terrific restaurants to while away the hours.
