I guess this sums up the life in San Felipe when it gets too hot to be bothered :-)

*This is from their main page of their news reports.

"........The point is that it is August in Mexico. Very, very, little happens. Paperwork gets lost, telephone calls go unanswered and all priorities fall to zero. Our state capital, Mexicali, is one of the hottest cities on the face of the earth, and without Mexicali little can happen in San Felipe. Do what everyone else does: relax and have another cold beverage.

I read Tony's little blurb and was glad I want not down there. Hot enough here in Redding with alot less humidity. San Felipe is not for the summer, we will hit it in the fall and spring.

I spent three weeks down there in July and loved every moment of it...glad I went too since we don't seem to be having much of a summer here is Washington :(
