in many places south of G.Negro and there are still washouts along the coast.
Pay attention and you should have no problem. In the gravel portions go real slow as the northbound trucks throw up a lot of rocks into windshields.

the rode between Santa Roselia and Mulege is rough and has potholes. thay repair Them every day but the trucks pond tham out agin in about a week.
