Wow - what a bummer. Me and a friend actually met him at the Blue Bird Cafe in Nashville last October. He was a really nice guy!

Yes, he seems to have been one of the good guys, for sure. Pleasant, down-to-earth and intelligent.
What a legacy of great music he created.
