With two people receiving interview approval, does anyone know HOW the two interviews can be coordinated ? Since each has to apply for an interview separately, is it just a matter of luck in the scheduling ?

The answer may be in the FAQs, but I haven't seen it so far.

Call the number in your letter/notification and explain to them that two family members are scheduled at different days/times, and you would like to schedule both for the same day/time

Ditto's... had to drive the wife over to El Centro/Calexico ... thought we both were scheduled for Otay... found out when we got there ... she needed her own... too ...

We both needed it ..... to work properly... must say.. they took good care of us, and it all worked out in a timely fashion... very quick turn around .. three weeks

We are in the process of renewing our SENTRI passes and faced the same problem. We went to their on-line system for appointments last week and looked for a day with lots of openings. They are every half hour. I scheduled mine at 10:00, logged off, logged on for my wife, and set her's 10:30 the same day. Had to go to the middle of November, though. By the way, even though our passes expired in July they are still good until we get our new ones.
