Heres a cool website that shows the ISS transiting in front of the moon and sun. I can hand track the ISS with my scope using a low power wide field
eyepiece, you can easily see the solar panels and other details its actually pretty big in terms of angular size!

Saw it - loved it! Right on the money it came into view at 8:06 and disappeared in the southeastern sky at 8:11.
